The event is a significant occasion as it provides an opportunity for HOA representatives to meet the city mayor and voice their concerns and needs. It also serves as a formal recognition of the HOAs' role in ensuring the welfare of their respective communities.
The Marikina City government expressed its warm greetings to the following HOAs who participated in the ceremony: Upper Bulelak Minahan HOA, Pearl HOA, Libis Bulelak HOA, Samahang Magkakapitbahay ng Balagtas, Fortune, Midtown HOA, Malipajo HOA, and Balubad Area 4.
HOAs play a crucial role in community development as they serve as the voice of their residents in addressing issues and concerns that affect their neighborhoods. The Marikina City government recognizes the importance of strengthening the relationship between the HOAs and the local government to ensure the continuous progress of the city's communities.
Mayor Teodoro has always been supportive of HOAs, and he encourages residents to be active members of their respective HOAs to promote unity and cooperation in their neighborhoods. Through these efforts, the city aims to build a more harmonious and progressive community for its residents.
